The handle of this pot scrubber is crafted out of eco-friendly bamboo and the sisal bristles are plant based. For proper maintenance, store the scrubber with the bristles facing down to prevent water from accumulating on the handle. Unlike plastic sponges, which are not biodegradable, this scrubber is compostable and can be easily replaced. All you need to do is remove the bristles, and compost the bristles and handle. Vegan.
