The active is 18.9% non-nano Zinc Oxide, one of only two sunscreen ingredients the FDA considers safe and effective. No chemical filters absorbed into your bloodstream. And while it protects you from UV damage, Knotgrass Extract is quietly working on your fine lines too.

How to Use Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours. Not water-resistant, use a different sunscreen for swimming or sweating.
One honest note:
Because it's Zinc Oxide, it's not completely invisible. On deeper skin tones, there may be a slight cast. This is a known limitation of mineral sunscreens, that said, this is one of the most sheer zinc formulas we've found.
