Follow these easy instructions for a lovely, spa-like soak: For general aches and pains, toss in 2 cups of Epsom salt and relax in warm (but not scalding) water for up to 20 minutes. If you've got a minor sprain, add just 1 cup of Epsom salt to about a gallon of warm water and soak for 30 to 45 minutes. Or, take your exfoliation game to the next level: after your soak, rub some Epsom salt into your skin to reveal silky smoothness.

Just remember to keep your new favorite soaking salt in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If any caking occurs, just give it a gentle tap or a little squish.
