Will they work with hard water?
The formula includes water softeners and anti-scaling agents to help reduce spots and film.
Is the pod film plastic?
The film is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), a water-soluble synthetic polymer. Dropps reports it as readily biodegradable under OECD 301 lab standards. Researchers are still debating how fully it breaks down in real wastewater systems.
